Subject: [ACIPC_Infexion_Connexion] transmission based precautions audit toolDear Members,
Has anyone created, or is anyone using an audit tool for patients in transmission based precautions in a hospital setting? Not COVID specific, but we are wanting a tool which can be used to ensure all the correct procedures are in place for these patients. Ie correct sign on door, correct documentation, PPE available outside room, , for specific precautions – mask fitted correctly, donning and doffing of PPE correctly etc.
If anyone can share their tools it would be great to compare.
Kind regards,
Elle Wilkes
