Flood recovery and hospitals

Is there anyone subscribed to this list with experience in recovering a
hospital that has been flooded (of the inundation from below variety,
not storm water leaking through the roof) that would be willing to share
their wisdom (regarding the tips and pitfalls that you learn from
experience) with me.
