Hi All,
Need some advice/suggestions please.
Photo of Fish Hooks used in our Craniotomy Sets is attached. We would like to cease using the rubber bands and white tape attached to the hook. What do you use in your Sterilising/Theatre facility. What is your procedure?
Can you please suggest me some alternative options.Regards, Kavitha

Hi Kavitha,
When I worked as a Neuro scrub nurse, we used commercially sterilised rubber bands on our fishhooks.
Another option could be to use commercially sterilised vessel loops.
Kind Regards
