    Good afternoon everyone,
    I am looking at restructuring a suite of infection control risks.

    I was thinking it could be down to three risks:

    Risk of:

    1. Acquiring hospital associated infection
    * Antimicrobial stewardship
    * Environmental cleaning
    * Sterile stock management
    * Hand hygiene
    * Transmission based precautions
    * Surveillance
    * Infrastructure
    2. Acquiring or transmitting vaccine preventable disease
    * Workforce immunisation
    3. Not meeting AS4187
    * Invasive medical devices
    * Reprocessing of reusable devices

    Has anyone done anything similar?
    Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.
    Kind regards,
    Pam
