Examples of Hand Hygiene Product evaluation forms

Dear All

I am currently looking at how hand hygiene products are evaluated by clinicians in trials. WHO has a good form but I wondered if individual organisations have their own generic evaluation form for HH products or if there is just a generic one. If anyone is willing to share their local examples I would be grateful.

It is likely I may develop one based on others and research so when I finish that I would be very willing to make that available to anyone who wants it. Please PM me if you can help or would like the end product.
