This may be more of interest to those working in Sydney/Greater Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle areas.
Next Thursday 4th February 7pm, Avondale is holding an evening symposium at the Clinical Education Centre, Sydney Adventist Hospital. Speakers include Professor Chris Baggoley and Professor John Turnidge. Chris will be discussing current challenges around chronic disease prevention and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). John will be focussing in on AMR a little more and I will talking about urinary tract infections. We also have internationally recognised speakers discussing health and wellbeing, including Professor Gary Egger (AM).
The symposium is supported by the Australasian College of Infection Prevention and Control, the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, Sanitarium Health and Wellbeing and the Complete Health Improvement Programs.
