    Dear Members,

    Is anyone willing to share what occurs in your facility in relation to the screening of ESBL patient contacts

    * Do you utilise a risk matrix based upon ESBL organism

    * Time based on length of exposure to ESBL index

    * Purely lead by discussion with ID Consultant

    * Clearance procedures , if so, organism risk matrix

    * Combination of above
