NSWHi Michelle
Not at my desk, but I believe this is covered in AS4187 and the European standard referred to for endoscopy drying cabinets. Don’t have that reference number at hand, though, sorry.
As an aside, there may be reference to this in the upcoming update for the GESA/GENCA guidelines due for release later this year.
Cheers

EN16442 is the reference.
It doesn’t mention forced air, it discusses air changes and air flows.
Air flow may be intermittent or continuous.

Hi
I recently had to source this. There are 2 references that I used, 4187 is very generic for endoscopes at the present.
First was the consensus statement for CRE ICEG_consensus_statement_wallchart.pdf (gesa.org.au)
The other is the NHMRC Table 8. General criteria for reprocessing and storage of equipment and instruments in healthcare settings
Australian Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Infection in Healthcare (nhmrc.gov.au)Hope this helps
Kind regards
