ED Triage Screening – Influenza Like Illness / COVID

Hi Brains Trust,

We are currently reviewing our Emergency Department triage screening process for COVID and Influenza Like Illness and are curious about what other facilities are doing.
We would appreciate knowing the following:

Does your facility have a COVID specific triage screening process and/or tool?
Does your facility have an Influenza Like Illness specific triage screening process and/or tool?
Does you facility have a combined Influenza like Illness and COVID triage screening process and/or tool?

If you are willing to share a copy of any tool you have developed please email me directly.
