    We are having problem in the operating theatre with decontamination of
    instruments that are used on covid patients and the cleaning of the

    Dear Kenny,
    Thank you for sharing the concern.You have two situations to deal with separately.
    The 1st concerns the decontamination of the equipment used for the surgery of a COVID-19 patient,The 2nd concerns the cleaning and disinfection of the operating room that was used for the COVID-19 patient.I propose to refer to the recommendations of your technical guide and apply specific protocols to the decontamination of surgical equipment and the cleaning of the operating room.
    The aim will be to prevent contamination of the work space and care staff in general by the use/wearing of appropriate PPE and techniques and products for cleaning and disinfecting the premises as well as the observation of ventilation adapted to the means and premises available. I propose these references to guide you:
