COVID-19 Vaccine recording

HI everyone
Just trying to clarify conflicting advice

For those involved in COVID-19 administration, can you tell me your plan for recording in AIR post vaccination? Here are the options:

1. Record in AIR immediately post vaccination by Immuniser

2. Record in AIR by Immuniser at the end of the session

3. Recorded in AIR immediately post vaccination by Admin Officer

4. Recorded in AIR by Admin Officer at the end of the session

At Perth Childrens our current plan is to get admin staff to enter into
AIR post as adding to AIR and using VaccinateWA will be too time consumer
for our vaccinators.
