    Hi all,
    On 4 October 2024, Secretary Directions mandating COVID-19 vaccination for healthcare workers were revoked.
    I am wondering how everyone is applying this to their organisations. What is the process in an outbreak? eg redeploying staff or is a waiver signed by staff? I wonder about organisational health and safety requirements.
    Thanks in advance. I appreciate any advice or at a minimum a robust conversation about it.
