COVID-19 OMP for residential disability care home

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone has a COVID-19 outbreak management plan for a smaller residential disability group home for younger people (not aged care) that they would be willing to share with me to look at? This would be a home where 4-6 persons live in the community with carers. Some residents require clinical cares e.g. PEG feeding, medications etc. Typically the carers share all tasks and duties.
