Auditng for Standard 3 and Mental Health seeetings Acute and Community Based

Good afternoon all,

I am wondering if anyone is happy to give me a call regarding what and how they audit in the acute Mental Health setting and the community based Mental Health setting.
We currently have 11 sites of which 4 are based within acute hospital settings and the rest are scattered within the community.
