On behalf of the college could this be posted out please to the membership for anyone interested in undertaking this survey on Antimicrobial Stewardship. Apologies for the short turn- around time (survey closes 8th July).
Asian Network for Surveillance of Resistant Pathogens (ANSORP) are conducting an online survey on antimicrobial stewardship, sponsored by the Asia Pacific Foundation for Infectious Diseases (APFID). Dr David Lye from Singapore is the principal investigator. There will be a raffle for an iPad for respondents that provide their names and valid email addresses.
It will be great to have Australian participation! The links to the survey (in different languages) are given below.

___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________The following information will be elicited during the course of the questionnaire, which can be completed in 15-20 minutes:
* The presence or absence of ASP in institutions, and the duration of existence of such programs if any
* The presence or absence of microbiologist, infectious disease physician, infectious disease pharmacist or ASP-trained nurses involved in the implementation of the ASP
* ASP strategies used
* Presence of antibiotic formulary and formulary restriction
* Hospital empiric antibiotic guideline, criteria for use of selected antibiotics, surgical antibiotic prophylaxis guideline
