Hi Brains Trust,
I am making contact to discuss AMS Clinical Care Standard and point #5: Patient information and shared decision making – where the HCF needs to show evidence to prove that the consumer understands the information that they have been given in a way that they can understand.
Does anyone have any short, succinct questions that you have put together to assess patient understanding as an audit, that they are willing to share?
Appreciate any ideas.
Kind regards,
Gemma Chang
