It is with great pleasure that the Australian Infection Control Association (AICA) together with the host state invite you to participate in the forthcoming 6th Biennial AICA Conference – 2010 Infection Control Odyssey on 4 – 6 October 2010 in Perth, Western Australia.
We will take you on the long and eventful journey through the science and practice of infection prevention and control, focusing on the last 10 years and what the future has in store for Infection Control Professionals from novice to expert over the next 10 years.

International Speakers include:
Paul Anantharajah Tambyah is currently Associate Professor, Dept of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Assistant Dean, Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Consultant Infectious Disease Physician, National University Hospital, Singapore and Visiting Consultant, Alexandra Hospital, Singapore.
Stephan Harbarth is currently senior research associate, hospital epidemiologist and attending physician at the University Hospital, Geneva, Switzerland. He has made outstanding contributions in the field of infectious disease epidemiology, focusing on prevention and control of nosocomial infections and antimicrobial resistance in hospitals.
