Dear Colleagues
Our organisation is finalising our CPE Policy and management plan and wondering if anyone has an Infection Status Screening Tool that is used on presentation to an Urgent Care Centre or Emergency Department and on admission that you would like to share?Currently our Emergency Care Patient Record asks the question of recent overseas travel Yes / No and Date which obviously lacks detail.
