    ACIPC – 2017 Research Grants
    A key strategic focus of the College is to enable members to identify areas for research that will lead to improved knowledge; evidence based education and practice and improved outcomes. In alignment with this key strategy, the College is proud to continue to provide the opportunity for its members to undertake research with the assistance of annual ACIPC Research Grants.

    Early career research grant
    The aim of this grant is to support early career researchers undertake research relevant to infection prevention and control. An early career researcher is defined as an applicant has been awarded a PhD, or can demonstrate recent high quality research experience within five years of the closing date. This grant will be of a value up to $12,000

    Seed grant
    The aim of the seed grant is to support ACIPC members who wish to undertake high quality pilot, exploratory or small scale infection prevention and control research. This grant aims to address a gap between early concepts and large scale funding provided by larger bodies such as the National Health Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and Australian Research Council (ARC). This grant will be of a value up to $15,000.

    The 2017 Grant application process will open at 0900 (AEST) 5th June 2017 and close at 1700 (AEST) on 7th July.
