Hi Cath and Michael,
I just want to make a comment about AMS. Having been a standalone ICP in a smallish Victorian country public hospital this was very much part of my role even in the 1990s. In this facility there was a pharmacy committee of which the ICP was a committee member along with medical representation from the local GP cohort and the hospital medical director and it was from this committee that the AMS program was monitored.
Regards
Louise
