    10th Annual National CJD Conference

    Thank you to those of you who have already registered for our 10th Annual National CJD Conference hosted by the CJDSGN on 18th November 2017 at the Jasper Hotel in Melbourne. We are filling up fast so please confirm if you are planning to attend the all-day conference and conference dinner on the evening of 18th November 2017 if you have not done so already. Attached is the registration form but you can also easily register on our website https://events.cjdsupport.org.au/

    Conference rates are offered by the Jasper Hotel for conference attendees. Just mention CJD2017 when you book.
