Two postgraduate research scholarship opportunities at the University of Sydney are available to Australian domestic students.
These scholarships are open to candidates interested in undertaking research to improve infection prevention and control standards in residential aged care. The scholarships are associated with two research streams, which are closely related and will be run in parallel. The scholarships will provide candidates a stipend of $40,012 pa for 3 years. See below for more information and the links to apply. Applications will close 31st of October and successful candidates are to commence in January 2025.
Research Stream A: Establishing minimum standards for the program elements and governance of infection control programs in residential aged care
Research Stream B: Establishing minimum standards for the professional practice and competencies of infection control professionals in residential aged care
