Organisational structure

The College is a company, limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Corporations Act. We are a registered charity with the Australian Charity and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC) and are endorsed as a deductible gifts recipient (DGR). Overall responsibility for the College is vested in the board of directors, chaired by the president. An executive management committee (EMC) of the president, president-elect and past-president, provide day-to-day oversight of the College’s operation, which are managed by an executive manager and office staff.
