ACSQHC reprocessing gap analysis tool

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in HealthCare has developed a gap analysis tool to support organisations in assessing compliance with the standard AS5369:2023 Reprocessing reusable medical devices.

This tool is designed to help organisations identify areas where they may not comply or need to improve practice and develop strategies for monitoring compliance and quality of reprocessing procedures.

Health service providers are required to complete a gap analysis of compliance with AS5369 by June 30th 2025.
